A few people have asked me: “hey Nick; is that your real face, or did you get punched in the jaw?” A few have even asked what kind of setup I use. Well wonder no longer!

I write, code, design and goof off on an Apple MacBook Pro. I happen to have the 15″ model, from mid-2007, which I’ve upgraded to have 4 GB of RAM and a 320 GB hard drive. I like it! I back up my work on a 1 TB LaCie Big Disk Extreme, and create some additional room for my stuff with my 1 TB Western Digital My Book Studio. I play music through Logitech Z-4i speakers.

I take pictures with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XSi, and I take moving pictures with my Flip Mino HD. When I’m on the go, I tend to listen to my music with either a first-generation 16 GB iPod touch, or a fifth-generation 60 GB iPod with video.
