The left channel of my Apple in-ear headphones died. Upon arrival to the store, the Apple Store app asked me to check in (great enhancement). The Genius Bar tech offered to replace my headphones, but they didn't have any in stock. He filled out a "please call" request on his iPad, which asked him to type in the hard drive size as a required field. He was a bit surprised at that. Chinook Centre Apple Store.

The silicone inserts for my pair of Apple in-ear heaphones had slowly, but surely turned pink. I was given a pair of new silicone inserts free-of-charge. Chinook Centre Apple Store.

My MacBook Pro's video card crapped out. I checked the Apple Support articles and noticed that there was a known issue with the way nVidia packaged that specific model of video card. Genius Bar tech Corey called me a day after dropping it off and said that the logic board would have to be replaced. Knowing that my laptop was well out of warranty, I was frightened, but agreed. He then told me it would be done at no charge, which was fantastic. After picking up the repaired computer, I noticed that my processor had improved from 2.2 to 2.4 GHz, and I got a twice-as-powerful video card. Market Mall Apple Store.
